White ruffle sleeve blouse with ribbon

I bought this in Japan a few years ago, and is so cute tucked into a skirt! It can be dressed up for an office setting tucked into some nice trousers too. The ribbon is also very unique as it is double sided, but you can swap it out with another ribbon if you want since it's detachable!
