White short sleeved blouse with frilly front

Cute white lightweight cotton collarless blouse with frilly “tuxedo” style front. Great under a blazer! Buttons up the front and 2 at the sleeves. Fitted through the body. In excellent condition. Size small but fits on the smaller side, especially around the arms. Note approx measurements: 17” across chest 15” across waist 13.5” across shoulders 25” long 8.5” long sleeves 5.5” across cuff (on the first button - as shown in photo)
