Soft feel white flare pants. Super cozy and soft. Waist band with elastic string tie. Mid to high rise. New with tags. Small discolouration on the left leg on the front at the hem (see pic). 32” inseam, 11” rise, 31” waist (but stretches), 8.75” boot width.
