Event dress PTP from the back of dress 15” to 17” Waist 12.5” can stretch to 15” Bottom width 16” Length from top of strap 31” Straps are not adjustable but could probably be adjusted exactly to your liking by seeing the Back end strap inside the dress Pullover No zipper .
