no rips or tears the discolored area is pictured and likely can be washed out. it's been stored. might even be coffee.. I am known for turning white things pink so I'll leave that bit to you. this piece is from Non-Stop and made in Romania. it has a nice flowy bottom. the brand is relatively unknown waist band is elasticized and has no stretch. measurements waist 40 cm length 80 cm
