European size 44, roughly a size 18. Front and back pockets. Button, hook and zipper. No belt loops. 96% cotton and 4% spandex. Stretchy. There is some damage on one of the cuffs. I'm really not sure what it is from. Most people will need these taken up and the damage would be hidden or removed by that. New with tags.
