Wild Fable Y2K Style Windbreaker

Remember those wind breakers we used to wear when we were kids? You'd throw them on on those evenings in summer when it was a little chilly and you were going out for ice cream, or you'd grab it when you were riding your bike at night, or sitting by a campfire.
