Wilfred Bella Dress

This is a square-neck midi dress with a smocked waist, thigh slit and puff sleeves. It’s made from lightweight, semi-sheer chiffon. It’s supposed to be a midi length (see last pic) but I’m 5’2” so it’s longer on me.
