Hey there. A couple of questions:
What is the hip size?
Is the bottom of the legs cinched or rolled up? (It’s hard to tell in the pictures.)

@tedi_pa Hi, the measurements laying flat are: waist 16 inches and the hips 21 inches. For the bottom, it's a mix of both. they are rolled up but cringed and it's sewn.
