Wilfred Black Pleated Wrap Dress - Medium

Good condition pleated black dress from Aritzia / Wilfred. Size medium. v neck and spaghetti straps (adjustable). Length from waist to bottom of skirt is 21 inches - I am 5 ft 6 and it hits about 3 inches above my knee. I would consider it short not Midi!
