Wilfred Cropped Polka Dot Smocked Blouse

From Aritzia: Are you always this cute? We thought so. This is a smocked, princess-sleeve blouse made from a lightweight, textural fabric. Barely worn, so this top is in like-new condition. Fits true to size, but has stretch due to the smocking details. The shoulder is also elasticized so the sleeves don't fall down. It can be worn with the sleeves up on the shoulder or to the side, off-shoulder; both styles are possible here. My personal recommendation would be for cup sizes A-C, depending on your comfort level. Hiding a bra would be really tricky since the sleeves are right on the shoulder.
