Adjustable tie straps, smocked back panel, crepe fabric. 53% viscose, 47% rayon; Lower lining: 100% polyester Shrank a bit when I washed it incorrectly - so it runs small (fits like size 4 to 6). Otherwise in excellent condition! On the front: 26" from highest part of bustier to bottom of skirt. On the back: 23" from top of back panel to bottom of skirt
