@kiki_see Hi there! I would consider this to be in good condition. The wool is a looser weave so it does have some signs of wear, but there isn’t any noticeable pilling or damage. As for washing, I‘ve machine washed this on the delicate cycle, in a garment bag and with the cashmere and wool detergent from The Laundress (which I would highly recommend, by the way!)
