Wilfred Free Skirt

Wilfred Free Skirt XXS - Does have a bit of stretch so it may fit a small. Cute front slit and scrunch detail to show a bit of leg. There are some fabric snags along the waist band and on the back of the skirt (as shown on photos) and some pilling as I did wear this a for a few years - it no longer fits. OPEN TO OFFERS!!
