Beautiful Cornflower blue color. Gathered ruffle at the center of the waist. High/low design with low front and back and slightly higher sides. Fully lined. Neat raw hem. Secret side pockets. Rounded neckline. Button closure at the back of the neck base with key hole opening. Sleeveless. Polyester with a comfortable 100% silk trim around neck and arm openings. Excellent condition. Missing the tie string belt but doesn't need it if you like a loose, open, flowy, fit. One could be added, though.
