Wilfred O/S nylon poncho

one size fits all Wilfred nylon poncho which folds up into a pouch. high neck and snaps under arms for comfortable and secure fit. not sure how waterproof it is but very convenient. good condition. please see all pics before purchase zippered pockets on chest area
