Wilfred Tempest dress in Light Birch

So pretty! Lightweight, flowy. Would be perfect to wear to a beach wedding, or any kind of garden party. Material is dreamy and delicate. Fully lined. Smocked bodice. 🌷 New with tags. I have looked it over throughly for flaws, but I might have missed something small. But it’s near-perfect!
