It has pockets! This little beauty was a staple of mine for years but I don’t currently have use for it in my rural life. I’m usually a size 6, I liked this a little drapey at a size 8.

what is the width (flat) at the widest section at the bottom?

@lstortz96 ahh! So sorry for the delayed response! It’s 23” across the bottom, and the wool does have a wee bit of stretch, though I would say the liner probably doesn’t though.
