Wilfred free pencil skirt

I love this skirt! It feels like a soft wool blend and I was surprised to see that it is actually cotton (see picture for fabric tag). Stretchy material that can fit anywhere from 00-2 I’m guessing. I’m a size 0 (25” waist) and it fits me comfortably. Approx. measurements lying flat are: Waist: 10” Length: 22”
