Willi Smith Stretch Cotton Mid Rise B&W Capri Pant

I discovered Willi Smith in the mid 70s when his star was on the rise. If you’re old enough to remember shopping at Willy Wonderfuls in Toronto (the first of its kind, a 70s version of Winners) they carried a plethora of up and coming young designers like Willi Smith, Marilyn Brooks and Alfred Sung albeit off priced and that’s where I discovered Mr. Smith. Had he lived past the tender age of 39, fashion peeps would have been calling Alexander MCQueen the new Willi Smith. IMHO of course. The good ones all die too young. At any rate these capris were made long after he left us and are not indicative of his original and funky designs but they are still quite worthy and fun. Gently worn and well cared for from my own closet. Black & white print on a stretch cotton. Mid rise 8.5” Trouser style. Slash pockets. Welt back pockets. Size 10
