Willoby by Watters Ellery dress NWOT

Beautiful, New with tags(see pictures) This dress is a champagne colour with one blush tulle layer in the skirt. It features beautiful floral applique and beading throughout the bodice. The fluttery cap sleeves can be worn off or on the shoulder. As shown in the pictures it still has some of the original tags but not all. It has only been tried on a few times but not properly worn.
