Willow & Thread Navy Tunic Dress

This gorgeous, navy, and cool patterned, size 2X, Willow & Thread tunic dress is fully lined and has a lovely vneck. Hangs beautifully. The pattern randomly scattered across the bottom half of the dress is like blurry photo quality. And is irregular white spots with touches of purple around each spot. Looks so cool alone, or with a shirt and tights under it! Wear it in all seasons. In great condition, minimal wear.
