Wilma B Vintage Short Swing Dress Sz 10

This little dress is so well made. First of all the fabric is lovely. it has two tucks on each side that stop just under the chest. Beautiful black fabric covered buttons down the front. I think it would also look good with leggings or black pants. maybe even white. The dress was made in Canada. it has shoulder pads which leads me to believe its from the 80s. But it's in like new condition. Might even make a cute maternity dress because of the style. The company shows permanently closed but I could find nothing more about it.
