Wind Breaker Pants - Water Resistant

These wind breaker pants could be warm as either unisex small (as tagged) or a child’s large. They are water resistant and could aid in protection from snow, but they are not padded snow pants* They could add an extra layer of protection and warmth during the winter/cold months. The leg is long and the waist band elastic stretches to the full size of the hip material, at 19 inches. There are no rips, tears, or stains!
