Tag says Large but a little tight for me and I'm medium I'd says this is a kids large. But adult women's size XS to S can fit perfectly on this jacket.

@walcascar hey there sorry for late reply. i added more photo and a vid being a waterproof. Actually i don't think it is lined. but its a kind of fabric that has a fleece on one side. hope that helps... :)
