Windmill/ Pinwheel Silver Tone Brooch

Vintage? Not sure of the age of this piece since it is not signed. A lovely windmill style with clear stones. The outer stones seem darker than the centre one. Might of been designed that way or might be a result of age. Still in great pre owned condition. No missing stones. Functioning pin.
