Windsmoor Black Lined Skirt

Black fully lined Windsmoor skirt. Never been worn. Skirt looks like it will hit slightly below the knee, would be perfect for an office environment. Skirt has small hidden zipper on the left side of the garment. The waistband has some stretch to it with an elastic. Please note: this item did not come from a smoke free home. I personally have not noticed a smell but if you are very sensitive to this, it may not be the best fit.
