Windsmoor dressy ruffled open jacket

Windsmoor accordion-pleated open jacket with ruffled front in black/cream abstract print. Lightweight, semi-sheer polyester fabric. Size L+ is like XXL/1X; style fits loosely with give of pleated material. Measures laid flat approx: - 25”/63cm+ pit to pit - 29/74cm long. Small area of ruffle unstitched shown in photo; easily fixed but not really noticeable when wearing. Last photo shown with black camisole, not included. Excellent condition.
