Windsor Dress

The sparkles on this dress are stunning. I would say it’s more of a navy blue the photos just don’t seem to be showing that. Would be awesome for a midnights Taylor eras tour outfit. I will be honest though the sparkles definitely do fall from this dress but I’ve had it for a few years and it still looks perfect. Size small
