frugalfashionca @timmyuniverse either the top of the strap or the top of the dress. I’m just tall and am trying to gauge how it will fall on me. Thanks!

timmyuniverse @frugalfashionca from the top of strap it is 58 inches. I’m 169 cm, the dress still hides my feet while wearing high heels. Hope that helps :)
