Each piece of pottery is unique because they are hand made so no two are alike. This piece begins with a purpley/blue at the base and graduates to a dark brown and then black. I own several pieces made by this potter and they are all quality pieces, many of which I use daily. It is 7.75 inches tall with a top in inner diameter of 4.75 inches. I will also include a brochure from the Potter explaining in detail how to take care of this piece. This piece would make a great gift as it has never been used.
