Got an offer but I need following 4 measurements : Shoulder width ? Across chest when buttoned ? Waist across when buttoned? Length, shoulder to bottom ? Any stains ,pilling or other flaws ? Thx.

Shoulder width - 16 - 17 inches
Chest width - 17 -18 inches
Waist- 20 inches
Length - 36 inches
No stains or pilling. Coat never worn, still has tags and there are side pockets
