Winter blues soothing vest:bouquet of embroidered orange flowers on black velvet

Vintage. Purchased in a famous Seattle market in the 1990’s. No label but I was told by the salesperson it was from Nepal. The obvious was to select the colours of the rainbow version but I fell in love with the originally & the palette of this one because of the subtle play with the multitude shades of orange mixed with patches of brown, red & lblack in the flowers. The one color green is mixed with those colours to mimic the cycle of vegetative life ( e.g. yellowing, drying, etc) and the way sunlight and shade affects the colors in a bouquet. The artistry is outstanding and like pieces of art it will increase in value if you take care of it. Hues vary with light , you can clearly see that in the collage. There are also some clear distorsions/ reflections on some pictures: the is no blue nor light yellow. Two button at the lower front.
