stellar_remnant @traceykofoed just saw this comment and thought I'd give a tip! Anytime that happens you can just go into the listing and change the size. It will then automatically cancel the offer. Then you can go back in and change it back to the proper size.

traceykofoed @stellar_remnant I have another issue now with a package that was shipped on Tuesday but hasn’t started tracking 😭. Have you ever had that happen? Any idea what Poshmark does in that case? It’s a high value item as well, unfortunately.

stellar_remnant @traceykofoed If you haven't already, report it as 'shipped but not tracking'. Poshmark can then manually update it if necessary. Also try tracking it on the Canada Post website to see if it's actually moving but hasn't updated in Poshmark's systems yet

traceykofoed @stellar_remnant thank you so much for responding ❤️. I’ve reported it as shipped but not tracking, and checked Canada post, but it just says “electronic information submitted by seller” and that’s as far as it goes. It does says estimated delivery for today, which is weird

stellar_remnant @traceykofoed if it doesn't start updating soon then what I've done in similar situations is to open up a ticket with canada post so they can keep an eye on it.
