Beautiful navy and black floral pattern that catches the light . This skirt is made from a poly satin material . Looks great with some pointy boots , a leather jacket and can be dressed up or down. Waist band is elasticated . Would best fit size 26-30 waist. In mint vintage condition. No branding /label.
