Woman’s Harley Davidson blouse. Pit to pit is 21” Shoulder to hem (front) 25” Shoulder to slightly curved hem (back) 27” I’m not sure what the fabric is the tag has been removed. It feels like cotton and does have some stretch. The size tag has been removed but I would say it fits M/L Measurements are in the description . Wear it on its own or is amazing left open over a tank top to sleeveless dress Excellent condition
