Woman’s Harley Davidson blouse. Pit to pit measurement is 22 1/2” shoulder to hem is 26” I’m not sure what the fabric is but is light and soft. The small perforated holes at the top part of the shirt make it airy and stylish. Orange an black insert down both sides gives extra comfort. Only worn a few times and is in excellent like new condition. Size tag has been removed but fits like an XL
