In good condition. The material is a leather feel, unsure if it is real or not. There is no damage to the material as far as rips or holes. There is one spot at the top corner that has a mark that appeared after storage (see picture) it's minimal and not noticeable when in use. Inside of bag has lots of compartments to organize where you keep your cell phone, wallet, change, and other personal belongings. There is a zippered compartment both at the front and back of the purse. the main storage area also has a zippered closure to keep your items safe. The strap is adjustable so it can be used over the shoulder or stretched out to be used as a cross-body. Measurements: see pictures to give you an idea of size.
