Woman’s black pencil skirt

Cute black pencil skirt. Pairs well with almost everything and a must have. This skirt gives a tailored look to almost any blouse and a girl always needs a simple black skirt. Great staple piece and wonderful even in winter with thick tights. It also has belt loops but I never wore a belt with it.
