Woman’s midi dress

Excellent condition semi formal woman’s dress. Only worn a couple of times. Has a bit of a pleat at the neckline. Black with light cream. Can wear without a belt but can also wear it with a belt because there are loops on the waist for one. Waist is approximately 15 inches. My guess it would be about a size 8-10. It says medium 50% polyester 10% spandex Has some stretch to it and very comfortable
