The Salomon Sonic 3 Accelerate is a lightweight running shoe designed for speed work and racing. It contains Optivibe technology to minimize vibrations to reduce muscle fatigue, and could also in the long term reduce risk of injury. It has the look of a traditional running shoe, but with a softer, thinner upper. The thin Sensifit upper inner aims to give a glove-like feel on the foot. The external engineered mesh is also light and breathable, with slightly thicker overlays in high abrasion areas.
