lola_tlc @nikkinb1967 Hi Nikki, the insoles are a solid molded shape. The midsection is solid around the arch and heel. The outer edge around the whole insole circumference 1/2” is flexible and the instep and toes area is flexible. The whole footbed has cushioning. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks 😊 Lola
