Women’s Barbie Halloween costume - size Large/XL

Purchased this last year from Amazon but it didn’t fit and they had a horrible return policy. Never worn, only tried on once. It says size XL but fits smaller. The bust measures around 19 inches across and the waist 17 inches across (so your measurements would be about 38 and 34). Zipper in the back. Shoulder ties so can be customized. Comes with matching sash for around the waist. Costume/polyester material. I have two of them cuz I tried ordering again from a different supplier and got the same thing! My loss is your gain.
