Does it fit like a true 16 or more like a 14

@lesleeadavis I do think Barbour coats run small. There is no give/stretch in the material at all. For reference, I never wore a size 16 and was usually a 14. I own other Barbour coats and have sized up by 1-2 sizes. I also have broader shoulders.
