Convertible short women’s dress in black cotton poplin with a tiny bit of stretch. Beautiful and super stylish. Can be worn as a dress or as a tunic over jeans or leggings. The brand (Blacky Dress Berlin) is now closed, but was a very well known label in the 90’s and 2000’s. In excellent condition, worn just a couple of times. With cargo AND side pockets!
