@natcampin yes, it appears to be just dust from being taken in and out of a box. Normally, I would wash used items before I list them, but since this one still had its tags on it, I just noted the little bit of dirt and left it.

I am asking because I bought a white cotton shirt in the past and it was noisy...lol

@natcampin I don't recall it being noisy or making any sound out of the ordinary for a cotton shirt. It has a soft feel.
