Women's Empire Waist Cocktail Dress

Empire waisted, very flowy. The ruching in the back doesn't droop like the photo once it's on. There is no brand tag on the dress, and no size tag. Fit when I was a 14/16. Dress fits a larger bust, but becomes more revealing. Dress is lined.
