Women’s Forever 21 romper - fits like a small

Cute strappy skort romper - front panel ties up on the side of the waist, with shorts underneath. Perfect for summer! Daughter wore it once or twice on vacation and now it no longer fits. Size tag says large. I’m a medium and I can get this on but it’s a bit small on me (not as ‘flowy’ as it should be), so I’m listing it as a size small. Measurements coming soon….
