Women’s Garage Skirt

Black with all over floral print in blue, white and peach. Skirt has two tiers which go all the way around. Elastic waistband in back. Viscose-rayon blend fabric. Only worn a few times - in excellent condition. Falls above knee. Measurements laid flat: waist - 13” and length - 16”.
