Can you tell me the waist measurement when laying flat? Also do they have some stretch? Thanks

Hi - it’s 19” across the front. There’s 1% elastase so there is some stretch. Most Madewell jeans are described as “vanity sizing”. I found these to have some give but not as much as a dark rinse or a Roadtripper. I hope that helps.
